We move into the New Year with an exciting program of teams racing planned for the Summer.
With training bases now operating at 5 Sydney clubs – Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron,
Royal Prince Alfred Yacht Club, Middle Harbour Yacht Club, Woollahra Sailing Club and Georges River Sailing Club – team sailing is on the rise, with more and more schools, clubs and associations showing interest in being further involved in the sport.
With that in mind, a volunteer group like the NSWTSA is only as good as its members
and its community – so please if interested put your hand up to be involved, be
engaged and help us grow the sport.
This year the Association is working with our member schools – Ascham School and
The Scots College – in assisting the co-ordination and running of their annual
regattas. These invitational regattas will soon be announced – so keep a look out for these - and the upcoming announcement of the 2019 NSW Secondary Schools Teams
Racing Championships.
Our AGM will also be held in March so look out for that too.
